Dear Jeesook, Thank you so much for your recent purchase and for taking the time to leave a review. We're very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the packaging. As a small business, we truly value every customer and take great care in shipping our products exactly as shown in our product listings. While we don’t use traditional boxes for all items, we do our best to ensure safe and secure delivery. If any of the products you received were damaged in transit, please let us know—we would be more than happy to assist and make things right. We’re proud to have maintained a near 5-star rating thanks to the support of wonderful customers like you. Every review truly matters to us and directly impacts the success of our small business. If you feel your concern has been addressed, we would sincerely appreciate it if you’d consider updating or removing your 2-star review. Your opinion means the world to us, and we genuinely want to make your experience a positive one. Thank you again for your support. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Warm regards, Linda Kosmomo Beauty
