Great customer service
Originally ordered earrings without realising they only came as a single. Customer service was quick to respond, and offered to send out another earring to complete the pair - which was super helpful!

I Thought That I Was Doing Something Good!
I want to treat a friend to 2 earrings. I have bought many earrings from Kosiner, and I love them all. I wanted to surprise my friend. We looked at many. I went ahead and ordered 2 earrings. When I showed her what I ordered she was nasty and made a big thing out of it, so much so that we are no longer friends. I quickly contacted Kosiner’s Customer Service to cancel. They text me back quickly and said that they will change my order if I wanted to, to earrings that I would like. They heard my story about my ungrateful and unappreciative friend. I was so impressed by Kosiner, I couldn’t refuse. I kept one of the earrings my friend hated and ordered a hoop. I was very happy. When the earrings arrived the so called ugly Moss Agate and gold earring was absolutely beautiful. I love it so much. I ordered 2 more moss agate and gold earrings. All thanks to Kosiner’s Customer Service. They are so helpful and understanding all the time.

I had a fantastic experience after…
I had a fantastic experience after purchasing some earrings that unfortunately just didn’t suit me. The customer service was exceptional. Thoughtful, helpful and genuinely focused on making sure i was happy with the outcome. They went out of their way to find a solution that worked for me and i really appreciated the care and attention they gave throughout the whole process. I’m very pleased with the experience and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. Highly recommend.

My experience has been good
My experience has been good. I ordered 14K gold studs, but when I received my order, it came with only one stud rather than a pair. I assume this may have been my misunderstanding of the item description. I contacted the store to arrange a return, and they kindly offered to send me another stud so that I could have a pair instead. That was a very nice offer, and I really appreciated how they handled the situation.

I recently purchased three pairs of piercing earrings
I recently purchased three pairs of earrings from Kosiner Jewelry. The only issue I had was that the back pins were shorter than I expected, which made them a little uncomfortable for me. I contacted customer service, and I’m very happy with how they handled the situation. They were responsive, understanding, and offered an acceptable solution. They kindly sent me replacement back pins in a larger size, which I really appreciate. I’m impressed

Single earring
I didn’t realise at first that the earring was sold as a single earring rather than a pair. However, Kosiner Jewelry provided great customer service and were very helpful in resolving the matter.
