I ordered what I thought was a pair of earrings and turned out it was only one. I reached out to customer service as I was a little disappointed I hadn’t even received it yet so I was going to cancel. They solved the issue for me. I will order again and more careful it’s not a set they are single earrings.
Response from KosinerjewelryOct 16, 2026
Thank you so much for your 5-star review, Kristina! We truly appreciate your kind words about our customer service team—we're so glad we could resolve the issue for you. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the single earring vs. a pair. We hear you loud and clear, and we are actively working on making our product photos and descriptions much clearer so this doesn't happen again. We can't wait to welcome you back for your next order—and we'll be here to help you every step of the way! 😊 Best regards, Kosiner Jewelry Team
