Fantastic customer service above and beyond what was hoped for
The website for this company is clear, elegantly designed and easy to navigate. I purchased an opal flat back stud and it arrived quickly in lovely packaging. I had made a mistake in my order, so reached out to the customer service explaining. The responses were quick, understanding and very helpful, and the solution they suggested was far better than I had expected. I would definitely recommend this company and will purchase from them again!
