The product was amazing and I received some great first-time buyer givvies! Communication is clear and I was kept up-to-date with my order. My only issue is with the delivery company used. I could hear my delivery driver using curse language with someone on the phone as she approached my house and proceeded to launch my package from about 15 feet away. Perhaps a better delivery service is in order? Luckily none of my beads were cracked!

While I do love some of their mixes as of late the amount of beads we get seems to be lowering. It’s almost as if they give away to many of certain ones ( extra in their containers ) and then the last few customers get the scraps. Shipping took almost 2 weeks. Those are the reasons why I am giving 4 stars

I love the bead mix, it’s just that I wish all of these mixed bead companies would give more of the higher cost beads. I don’t want beads I don’t need to get one nice focal piece.
