I am a repeat customer of Kosas skin revealing foundation. My recent purchase of it, the lid has broken meaning I cannot press down to close, otherwise, the foundation spills out. I contacted Kosas Customer Service, who apologised and then asked for proof, I forwarded 3 very clear pics of the faulty bottle. Following my submission of this I chased my query again, I was then asked to supply proof of purchase - which isn't necessary considering I have supplied details of their faulty goods. Over a week and am still awaiting an outcome to a simple query! All I want is a replacement NOTHING MORE, OR LESS! This is not a complex, lengthy, unreasonable or unrealistic problem to sort. Not a great customer service experience, which is a real shame as I really do love the products of which I have several across the range. Less stalling please, more SORTING!

The colors you have are great. The issue is the applicator. It doesn't work after the 4th time. The oil leaks all around the closing... Its leaked into my bag, on my clothes.. Just adjust the applicator and the leaking. I have written several reviews about this.

I ordered from the Kosas page for the first time (previously I ordered Kosas products from trustworthy european website, but nowadays almost impossible to order because every products are out of stock constantly) I prepaied the duties and taxes, but they does not sign it on the papers wich was attached to my order. They sign that I only pay for the products. So I have to pay it once again, when my package arrived to my country. I try to reach the costumer service, on phone, e-mailed for them, but nobody answerd. I think they stole my money, what I pay for taxes…. 2026.03.22. I stand beside my opinion, I ordered some Kosas items from another websites since then, most of them was weak quality in the first place, gone wrong within a few months (I used it as they suggested) A very overrated an overpriced brand. Now I do not have to order from them, I have way more better options from various brands if I want similar type of products.

I have bought 4 products from them. A light bronzer which smelled like rancid oils on arrival – I was told this was a “natural” smell and that I just wasn’t used to the smell of clean makeup🙄. It went in trash. The other products were fine on arrival and performed as desired, but all went bad within 4 months. If you use a ton of makeup, like twice a day 365, it might work out for you. I even kept one product in fridge and it still didn’t last 4 months.

Poor customer service - better to buy at a retailer like Sephora or Nordstrom with a more responsive return policy. I ordered something online from the website directly and contacted them about a return within 2 days of arrival. No response via email, no response via text, phone goes directly to email. Chat function does not work on website, so there’s virtually no way to contact them. I bit the bullet on a sale they had on the foundation, but the smell is too strong (kind of like nail polish remover). I’ve used their concealer before and decided to give the foundation a try, but I didn’t end up liking it that much. I rather go to a retailer because they’re far more trustworthy when it comes to feedback and returns.
