Don't waste your money buying from Kore. They don't stand behind their products, they don't honor warranty, and they will delete your reviews and comments if it says anything bad about them. Had a belt buckle from them that was ok for about 6 months and then started slipping and when contacted about warranty they said it was impossible for their product to do that when I sent video proof they then said in the video it's not their belt, which it's a slide belt which has the exact same ratchet style as Kore and then they refuse to answer any further attempts at contact.

Rude customer service.
First, I almost hung up because the phone rang seven times. A woman finally answered. I tried to explain why I was calling… that I had read the directions and watched the directional video. I began to explain to her that I felt the belt would be way too large if their instructions were followed, telling her that adding six inches for a IWB to what they have marked for their 34” waist would be swimming on me. She cut me off when first attempting to explain my issue and began to repeat the instructions which came with the belt. I said if she would wait, I would again explain, told her that I had read the instructions, watched the video, and that the belt seemed awfully large. The 34” mark is 41-1/2” from the belt’s tip. Adding six inches for IWB makes the total belt length 47-1/2” for a 34” waist. Then she sarcastically said that you don’t measure the belt from the tip, but rather from the half way point of the ratchet track. I replied that regardless, I would still swim in the belt following their instructions. I could fit a watermelon in my waistband with their measurements rather than a pistol. Then she said well maybe it was manufactured too long. Yes, as I told her twice during the conversation, that was precisely why I was calling. As though she didn’t hear a word I was saying, she kept going back to the instructions, stating I would need that amount of length, and that apparently I would need 1/2 of the ratchet track wrapped around my waist beyond the buckle. (Requiring that at an 11:00 position I would have to try to get my holster clip over double belt thickness which is simply unacceptable to me.) I finally told her that I’m not the idiot she seemed to think I was, was able to understand their four or five lines of instructions, and that I am just going to return the belt. This woman seemed to have an attitude from the beginning of the conversation and clearly doesn’t know how to talk to customers. If you cut the belt it’s not returnable. Is that the plan? I thought it best to call first and at least inquire whether the length of the belt I received was in fact correct. I wish I hadn’t. Why I would want to wear a belt 13-1/2 inches larger than my waist size is a mystery to me. I’m sure the belt is quality. Their customer service certainly is not.

The company shipped my belt by regular…
The company shipped my belt by regular snail mail when I paid for overnight shipping. They claimed it was an accident and did refund my shipping fees but feel like they should have refunded the belt cost too. I badly needed this belt for a shooting competition that weekend and did not arrive it time. They need to do a better job.
