Need better communication between departments . Tried to set up to do the sprinkler , back flow , fire and extinguishers all in same day was fiasco ! Called and evidently new work order system scheduled time not techs ?? Then the next time the guys came out to do everything and I ask ok where the extinguisher guy ?? Had to wait on him . Then had 2 back flows over looked that were in a pit ..No pit equipment to repair .. Yet another appointment and then no one said system was going to need on stand by until they walked in an hour early and it ended up setting off alarm .. I have 2 properties this is second time I have had issues with the back flows and them not being equipped to go in pit . The other was a repair at Hendricks Pointe they got their and said no one told them it was in a pit .. Communication needs to be better ..

you sent a person who has only worked for 2 weeks

did not appreciate tech performing annual inspection and then making summary recommendations with copy to Fire Department without discussing with me. As a result, IF any of the work recommended is performed, you can be sure Koorsen will not be doing the work.

Good installation, sometimes a little slow to respond to simpler items.

I am the facility manager at a small, prek-8 grade, private school. Being displeased with our contracted monitoring company, we have begun looking around. Koorsen came in and provides our annual inspections, servicing and emergency repairs for sprinkler, smoke alarms and extinguishers. The tech crews that work on site are spot on. I really like working with them and they leave me feeling like I received a good value-added service. I would love to break contract and move my monitoring to them as well but there always appears to be this disconnect with corporate. It always seems to take 2-3 phone calls to get anything done with corporate. if you need a repair, same day or next. Want to discuss contracts or schedule annual inspections? 2-3 phone calls later your promised a call back. Its frustrating.

We've used Koorsen for years, and have issues with their monitoring service updating contacts and making calls when there is an alarm. Their inspection and repair side is fantastic, always does a good job and is responsive to trying to resolve physical issues.
