Koorsen Fire & SecurityReviews of koorsen.com

20# ABC exstingishers are more exspensive than the competition and I can get nicer outside covers from Grainger for $17.00 ea. you charge $54.00 ea.

It's been 3 weeks, still waiting for someone to turn my alarm on.

5-year(!) contract was not disclosed at time of sale. Sensor fault prevented arming while I was out of town for an extended period - called for service, never replied, leaving home unprotected. Koorsen basically sold my account to some other out-of-state company with no local reps. Now I'm stuck with a dead system for 3-1/2 years. They may be OK for commercial accounts, but homeowners should stay far away.

Seems Koorsen bought Northern Fire .All of a sudden the same service I get every year just went up over 400% .I am with Kelvin Sun from Mt Pleasant Mi.What's going on.Will be contacting everyone in the State of Mi who will listen about this deceiving increase, and I mean everyone! Outraged.

Koesen Fire toke over my local company(Mount Pleasant, Michigan) got my 1st bill today, it is jump 400%.( from $150 to $540) what is gone on????

Almost impossible to get a hold of someone from this company. Rumor has it they do great work, though i wouldn't know. Went with Habitec instead, they have been amazing.

Beware of CONTACT, they require me to pay for equipment and claimed that I had signed a contract for 5 years of service! Never again

Replaced an 2015 "outdated" sprinkler gauge with a 2015 gauge that was made in the same year as the outdated one. Turns out it didn't need changed other than a Koorsen gauge was put in the place of the "outdated" Simplex one - both have the same dates....
