Bad experience. One item I paid for was not in stock, they offered to swap it for something else then invoiced me more money… I have spent over £250 on clothes with them and expedited shipping… only to find… - I was not made aware of import tax! Apparently none of their costs include tax and I now have to pay £77 in import fees which I’m going to have to find from somewhere. I don’t just have that kind of money randomly and I do not even know if I can receive my package now as I did not have this extra funds!! Help!!! This is not normal and should have been clearer before purchasing. Would like a full refund. Or help with paying these fees?! Dunno how long I have

The first time I shopped here, they just forgot my order and it sat there for 6 months without being processed or shipped. I had to just cancel my order. I gave them one more shot and I ordered many things, and almost every single item was terrible, terrible quality but priced at twice, maybe even 3 times what they were really worth. So I didn't even bother opening half my order and returned it. Not only do you have to pay for return shipping, but they also charge you a return fee. Seriously? What's a return fee? They have no shame in trying to squeeze every single dollar out of you. And then of course, they receive my return and claim that I didn't include two of the items, so I didn't get a refund for those. Insanity. I literally just resealed the package, and somehow I "didn't include" the two items. Yeah, cause clothes just vanish into thin air. Nauseating. This website is so bent on ripping you off, it's not even funny. You will always, always have a terrible experience if you shop from here. A lot of sites like these are scams, honestly. Just fly over to Korea if you really want their styles.

Prices are so outrageous marked up Korean fast fashion garments where they can lock down the looks but the quality is absolutely abysmal. One item I received the Three Pockets Cargo Jogger Pants ($80) and was extremely disappointed due to the cheap feel of the material and weak stitching on the pockets which are not built to last. Curiously, the inside tag is branded "GLAMOUR" which leads me to believe these are some cheap knockoffs as googling it doesn't bring up anything. Once you choose to return your items, they charge a 9.99 return fee. Some of the exact pieces on this site can be found on sites like Aliexpress and dhgate through reverse image search such as the REDHOMME Basic Warm Short Padding for half the cost. tldr; This is not a go to for Korean fashion due to bad quality and inflated prices. Same/Identical pieces can be found on other sites, such as aliexpress, for way cheaper.

I posted this review on other websites too: Do not order from Kooding! I did and I really regret it. I paid for the shipping (even though I ordered for almost 300 dollars... on many other websites, the shipping is free once you've shopped more than 100 dollars) and then the delivery service they chose (you don't have a word to say on that matter) asked me 100 dollars to deliver the package to me! I don't usually spend this much in shopping but I thought I would treat myself as I really liked their product but it was still a great deal for me. So asking me 100 dollars in addition to their 20 dollars shipping, it was way too much. So I asked them to please cancel my order (as it was not even shipped yet) because I don't wish to spend almost 500 dollars in clothes.. and they refused saying that I was too blame and they didn't want to hear anything. I agree that it was written there could be fees but I never expected this much, on this part I can be to blame maybe but the fact they don't even try to understand you and let you in your problems... I think this is terrible. Also I already had some mails exchanged with them as many of the products they display on their websites are often out of stock so it's often disappointing and they take a very very long time just preparing your order. Anyways they're not customer friendly and seem very greedy to me. I'll stick to the other websites I usually order from. Sorry for the long post, I'm still a bit annoyed and I don't want anyone else to be in the same situation so I'll warn as many people as I can. By the way, I don't post this expecting that you will all take my side ^^. I really tried to write in all honesty what happened so you can all have your own opinion on the matter and decide if whether or not you are ready to order from them. I, personnally, do not recommand it at all. Edit: to your answer ----->> I never chose DHL as you do not let the customer choose how they will receive their package. I never specified anything concerning a 2-3 days shipping because this option doesn't even exist (and for the record I waited way longer than that to receive it so you're really not being honest here) You're talking about a change in french law but I just got delivered a package from another korean clothing company also based in Asia yesterday and... no fees. And don't tell me it's because this fee is randomly asked (like you coldly told me in your former emails) because it is not "random" when it simply never happened with your conccurents. But this conversation is pointless, you will keep on hiding behind fake excuses.

Do not pay for Expedited shipping. I paid extra fee so that I could get my clothes ASAP. Their website says that it will take 2-7 days if you pay for expedited shipping. It has been a month and I have not gotten my stuff. I tracked my package on USPS, but it says label created for shipping but does not indicate USPS has received the package. However, Kooding website says that they have shipped the package. I believe this is false, and they have not been sent the packages yet. I would not recommend paying for extra fee for the fast shipping. If you really like their products, then you will have to wait for a long time. Otherwise, I would recommend using other brand(G-Market, Mixxix, etc.)

Absolutely shocked with the terrible customer service by Kooding. Despite sending proof, signed off by the post saying the item had arrived at their premises in November, no refund despite it being months! I have written over 4 emails to no avail. I gave them plenty of chances to rectify the situation before writing this review. At this stage all I can say is DO NOT order from this company which will not refund your money on returns. Also, a very opaque returns policy on their website making it unclear whether they would pay for returns. They DO NOT pay for the postage on returns. Furthermore, after investing further this website for their dodgy business practices, I have noticed other unethical practices on their website where they will name items as cashmere but when you go and check the material there is no cashmere or 1% of cashmere which they are promoting as cashmere items. All in all, avoid this website!

Very bad service!!!!!!! It's very hard to return stuff!!!!!???? I am waiting 3 weeks to return my stuff. I ordered 3 things . skirt and sweater have no tag nothing!!!!!!! Also very defective!!!!!!!
