Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you liked our products. In regards the shipping, please note that your order was shipped in 5 days which was sooner than estimated ship-out date. However, USPS took longer than usual to deliver due to COVID-19 affecting their delivery network. We hope you enjoy the products.

Clothes are beautiful and well made. Items I purchased for COVID related care (masks, wipes and sanitizer) all arrived quickly and were of good quality. The only issue I have had was a sweater ordered never was delivered or refunded. The account just shows the item is unavailable.

Hi Kim, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad you liked our products. In regards the undelivered item, we have escalated the issue to the payment processing company as we had already issued the refund in March. Please allow few more days and we will provide an update. Thank you

Love all the products. Packed well. Wish you guys could switch to more sustainable packaging (paper bags + paper fillings). Shipping was also worth it. I received everything so fast thank you!
