Konfox Tennis OfficeReviews of konfox.com

If I could give zero stars I would. They sent me fake customized Air Force Ones. When I requested a refund they said no because the shoe was customized. According to their return if there is deception in the description of the item a refund will be given and they still refuse to refund and accept the return of the product. Do not order from these people. I should have known better than to order from a company named Kon(Con) because they’re con artist!!!

I just ordered a pair of Pittsburgh Steeler's Shoe's from this site and when I got them they was cheap made and already tearing up and I emailed them so many times for a refund and they refuse to email me back so you know what keep the money cause you won't get no other order from me again...So people watch out for this Website it's just a scam and the shoes is not like the one's on the Website..

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a pair of shoes. The package was delivered to the wrong address. The photo that confirmed the delivery was the wrong address was shown by this company. I disputed the charge. I was not compensated. Never buy from this non accountable establishment.

I placed an order on 4/21/26. It is now 4/29/26 and i still have NOT received a confirmation email that my order is being processed nor have i received a Tracking number from the company. The phone number listed on Konfox does not work and it plays a recording stating that it is an UNREACHABLE number. The website states 3-5 business days to get a tracking number and it has been 8 business days and not a single email from this company! Completely awful!!!
