The customer service was nice. I didn't understand the tracking so they tracked my order until it got me.

Order received in expected condition and in the time frame advertised. Took about 3 weeks so I recommend ordering ahead if it's a gift.

If I could give zero stars I would. They sent me fake customized Air Force Ones. When I requested a refund they said no because the shoe was customized. According to their return if there is deception in the description of the item a refund will be given and they still refuse to refund and accept the return of the product. Do not order from these people. I should have known better than to order from a company named Kon(Con) because they’re con artist!!!
