The product is amazing. The service provided by Komodoty even better. The package did get lost, due to my local supplier. Komodoty sended a new one for free. Like I said, amazing product even better service. 5 Stars!

Best service! Love my phone case! Helena was prompt and happy to help every query I had. Delivered on time as promised. Highly recommend their beautiful, high quality sustainable cases to everyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good customer service. My issue wasn’t covered under the warranty, but they still offered a replacement as a goodwill gesture. Communication was prompt, clear and helpful throughout. Thanks to Helena for handling everything so smoothly. A company that’s easy to deal with, and I’d happily buy from them again.

I had my phone with me while mowing. It fell under my seat and onto the deck. It struck a belt, which flung it about 10 feet. Phone was in perfect shape. These cases aren't just gorgeous, they work!

Komodoty is (still) a small company, but what an exceptional customer service they have. Besides their great products at fair prices, the way they handle any issue is flawless! When I contacted them, the reply was incredibly fast! They were incredibly friendly, genuinely kind, helpful, very professional, and went above and beyond to make things right. It is so rare to find a company that cares this much about their customers. 10/10 recommended!
