Update: As a distributor rule, game stores can sell product if they host a pre-release event which occurs 1 week prior to official launch. The fact that you still hadn’t shipped my product a week after Official release date ( when local stores have been selling it since pre release two weeks earlier) throws red flags. Then add to the fact that multiple emails were sent with no response makes it a terrible customer experience. Don’t preorder from here if you want your preorder anytime close to release date. Haven’t received any update on my preorder. Local shops have been selling the product for weeks now. No response when reaching out for support multiple times. Terrible experience. Do not order from here!! Will be disputing the charge with my credit card company as a potential scam.

Total scam! Took my money for pre-order and have been waiting weeks. Communicated multiple times with no response. Hopefully I can get my monet back! Do not buy from this store!

Ordered an item has been 3 months and still have not received item. Had to email to cancel. Can't do it through login. Still waiting to see if I'll get my money back Site is a scam

Saw other reviews here and decided to give this company a chance since they were new. I paid for a preorder of a recent Pokemon item a few months ago. The prices were very good and it was easier to place an order with this store than others. Unfortunately, the reviews were spot on about Kollect Korner. This is a very small operation that is maybe aiming a little too high right now. There was no communication about delays for my order even after the expected shipping date had passed. When I reached out via email, I did not get a response. I tried again a few days later with no response again. Eventually, I just submitted a dispute with my credit card company and moved on. If you want to take a gamble on an order for cardboard then by all means do so. But just know you may have a similar situation and just be giving this store a short-term and interest free loan to not deliver.

Waited and waited for preorders. Customer service is atrocious. Eventually got a response that gave a date on shipment. They still didnt send item. I basically told them I would dispute the fraudulent charges with my bank for them to give a refund. They drag you along and waste your time and money. Lack of transparency of order status and flat out dishonest.I would not recommend.

Preordered pokemon cards and items were never shipped even after multiple emails to them. Had to file a chargeback to get my money back.

I been trying to get an answer for months and nobody replies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE. It is a big headache. I will never buy from them again because iys been about 4 months and I havent received my items. BECAREFUL AND BUY FROM TRUSTED SITES ONLY...NOT HERE.

Be warned they randomly cancel your order and steal your money. I’ve recently pre ordered Pokémon 2 months in advance and then they randomly cancelled my order at 3am in the morning. I’ve sent numerous emails asking why they do not respond. I’ve asked for my money back and they still haven’t given it back. Now we’re doing this the hard way by contacting my credit card company. Be warned do not buy from these scammers. They take your money basically an interest free loan then steal it.
