I preordered 3 battle boxes of chaos rising early March. It’s June 19th and nothing besides excuses. They said up to 4 weeks after release it’s been 4 weeks and I can’t even get them to reply to my emails. I see similar reviews online and do not suggest buying from them.

Preordered Strixhaven collector booster boxes April 15th. Shipping for preorders started April 24th. Today is June 18th. I still do not have my product and have formally requested a refund from the company via support email. They should limit preorders to a very strict reasonable amount to guarantee all preorders ship within 30 days of release.

Do not order from this company - they use your pre-order funds as interest free-loans with no intent to fulfill. I pre-ordered Secrets of Strixhaven collector boxes from this company. I was told at release that the product was fully allocated, but would take up to three weeks to ship. It has now been six weeks, and not only has the product not shipped, but they won't even offer any firm ETA of when I might expect the order. Whether they are blatantly fraudulent or just wildly mismanaged, the result is the same for you. Stay away.

Absolutely horrible customer service and it seems like others have had it too. I also placed a preorder for a collector booster box. They assured me that the product was going to be shipped within 1-4 weeks of release and it is June. They ghosted my messages. I ended up putting in a credit card dispute because they won’t answer my refund inquiries. I’m a guy that will spend some coin at a reasonably priced establishment with great service. They will never see another one of my dollars.

Placed a preorder for a strixhaven collector box in mid April, its now almost June, and no product. Its seemingly in no short supply, available everywhere. Was told by support that its with the fulfillment team but its probably a run around. Initially quoted 3 weeks to ship after release, then 4... its now 5 going on 6. Gonna be a little more patient for now, will be back to edit if I escalate, or im prove rsting if its resolved.

Pre ordered the strixhavem collector boxes on 4/9/26. They haven't processed the order until now 5/8/26. Still no eta of shipping.

This company is a complete joke. Customer service is hard to access on purpose. They take your money for pre orders months ahead and don’t contact you even a month after release date. Perfect order was not in short supply and they didn’t send out on time or send any messages. When you contact them they give you generic answers and then block you. Horrible company and will never work with again.
