I preordered product for a phantasmal flames drop, order #4090 for 4 blister promo packs. i received an email stating these were delayed by their distro and to communicate back to Kollect Korner for accomodations. I am at 4 emails now and no response from the company. I have preorders open for mega kangaskhan ex box #4014 and mega venasaur ex box #4037 that were supposed to have a 12/5 release date that are still sitting at unfulfilled. The company is unresponsive and just holding my money ransom at this point. UPDATE: I received a confirmation email that order #4155 for 2 build and battle bundles was shipping. still waiting for confirmation on the other three but appreciate receiving communication back finally Second update: Kollect Korner one day shipped my remaining preordered delayed items so everything arrived Christmas Eve. I appreciate them making those accommodations despite the delays they faced in getting product.

Great experience buying from KollectKorner, very fair pricing. I can tell the emphasis is on hobby collecting which is refreshing in this scalping climate.

Fair prices and transparent about pre-orders. Received the product I pre-ordered and it was well packaged and shipped in a timely manner on the date listed for shipping. With today’s market for Pokemon cards, you either wait or fight in the retail lines, wait in online queues and get botted at the end if it, or you simply don’t get product because of all the scalping no lifers that can barely afford their own rent and decide to spend 3-4 hrs in line for a minimal profit instead of contributing to society or progressing their careers. I would gladly give up on a pre-order that didn’t make allocation as some of these negative reviews state than the current alternative. At least when Kollect Korner can deliver it’s at a fair price and with transparency. Already preordered a few other products from Kollect Korner and glad they’re willing to work in the hobby without price gouging or taking advantage of a crazy bull market. 5 stars Kollect Korner.

I have completed several pre-orders so far. Customer service is always very quick to answer. I do not feel like I’m just a number when I am dealing with kollect Korner. Very honest and straight forward!
