Wait for about a little bit more than five months asked to check order and the response is very unprofessional and kept asking me if I wanted to cancel I said I can wait and just want updated status on approximately how long it will take and two weeks after that, they just canceled me without notifying me.

I ordered a Pokémon PitchBlack as a pre-order. Months later, still nothing, and the product hit the market a month ago. Keep giving me the runaround about it shipping, and nothing is set in stone. Decided to ask for a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Purchased 2 booster boxes of riftbound vendetta for pre order back in april/march. Release day was 7/31. That day came and went. No shipping emails. Sent them an email asking about the order. No reply. Sent them another email saying im charging back through my credit card, finally got a response yesterday. A month after release day. Terrible customer service and business practice. Refund is still pending...

Still no booster box after a month! I preordered Riftbound Vandetta booster box and they still didn't ship after a month after release. They should not take preorders on product they can't deliver. Also, it took over 25 days for them to respond to my support email!

Just like many other buyers, Kollect Korner just held on my pre-order money for months and eventually just cancelled my order. What a waste of time and effort!

Preordered some Pokemon cards about 3 months back. Waited until after the release of that set (First partner series 3) and it never shipped out. I emailed twice and got no reply. Finally I initiated for a refund which they were happy to oblige instead of shipping the order out…… stupid on their part but oh well. Was my first and last time ordering with them, Wouldn’t recommend !

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Takes pre-order 2 months before product drops. Then never ships the product. If you email them they take at minimum 7 days to respond. 7 weeks after drop date they just cancel the order. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

kollect korner decided to just cancel my preorder for first partners that I placed 6 months ago in February and they never responded to my 4 support email requests. What an awful experience, they just kept my money for 6 months, did not update or respond to me, and then split my refund into two separate payments that were weeks apart this month. Truly would recommend that no one buy from them. Absolute scum of the earth people.
