Placed an order. Their website says orders ship within 1-2 days. Two weeks later still no shipment. Koi's website says the product is in stock. Koi customer service says they show product in stock even though they don't have it. And they charge you for product they don't have. In my case, Koi never notified me of a delay or if I wanted to cancel. Really bad business practices to mislead customers.

I can not speak highly enough about this company’s superb customer service. They truly deserve 5 stars. Bravo Zulu to your customer service team. They always go above and beyond if I have a question or concern. I wish more businesses offered excellent service and superior products. Koi, you truly set the standard high. I am a VERY satisfied customer!

Customer service is the best! My messages were answered in just a few minutes.

Instead of reaching out to me as I could have provided a copy of my change if address card from the DMV, They canceled my order as fraudulent because my drivers license had my old address on it, so it did not match billing/shipping information. THEY GAVE NO OPPORTUNITY, NONE to allow me to show them this wasn't fraudulent, just a simple move. In fact, they REFUSE TO SEND ME ANY ORDER unless I go to the MVA and gave my license redone. Thats crazy! Other companies such as Moonwalker and Mood (I highly recommend Mood) logically realize that people do move from time to time and allowed me to provide a copy of a state issued change if address card. Use them instead of Koi, a most anal-retentive company.

I’ve tried almost all their products and I’m so pleased with everything. Customer service is excellent! Products are really great. I have numerous health issues and have lived with chronic pain for 40 years. Pain increases my anxiety which stresses me out and therefore sleep has been a big issue. Can’t heal well without rest. Since taking these products I’ve been sleeping better, my appetite has improved. My mood has definitely improved as well as my poor appetite. Many thanks to KOI.

I wanted to buy ONE product and they signed me up for repeated buyinv with a "subscription"! That is utterly criminal.

I am very impressed with this company. They are all about customer service. Although the product did not fit my needs when I send an email asking about returning product they answered me same day and took care of my concerns. Ni questions asked they just did the right thing and allowed me to return for a full refund. GREAT COMPANY

I discovered that the CBD vape makes me not go through withdrawal from the nicotine vape after trying to quit for 2 years. Figured it out by accident, but so glad I did.
