If you plan on making an investment in your home and staying put, I don’t think there’s a better company to deal with than Kohler. We had a very expensive kitchen tap that they could no longer support. No wimping out no being difficult. They simply replace it with another top of the line tap and apologized they couldn’t just send us parts for our original one which we would’ve preferred. They are a class act and easy to deal with as long as you stick to the rules

Purchased a Kohler K1800 free standing bathtub in South Australia. Have been trying to purchase a toe tap drain, as we can not use the tub now. The company has not answered one call in 24 months. The company where we purchased the tub from has also been trying to contact the distributor and New Zealand office and no response!! I do NOT. recommend buying any Kohler product as you will never get to speak with the company and they do not offer any customer support.

I was sold two Kohler Anthem Duos by the Kohler store with an understanding that I expected to use them remotely with the Kohler Konnect app. Well, Kohler deceptively has “Anthem” in the name of this product, but it DOES NOT have any smart connectivity. It’s an overpriced stand alone controller without true “Anthem” connectivity. Unfortunately Kohler doesn’t allow returns on these units. I’ll also add that both dials were damaged, with physical dings in the metal, right out of the box. The Kohler Anthem experience has been less than desirable, unclear product details, misinformation from their store (and the website AI doesn’t have the answered either, what feels like inaccurate marketing I. The Anthem Duo product, hard to find equipments, and poorly written installation manuals. I will say that my few interactions with Kohler technical support were good - they were friendly and tried to help. I posting this to trust pilot because it was moderated on Kohler’s own website.

I had 3 kohler chair height toilets installed about a year or so ago. I requested the plumbers install Kohler cause I've had great past experiences. Paid $1800 and I have the receipt. For some reason, the plastic nuts that hold the seat in place basically broke off. So I bought a universal set on Amazon. Then I realized that Kohler should replace these. I called Kohler customer service Wed 6/3 at 2:59 pm EST asking if they'd send me the fasteners. I was so disappointed as the lady I spoke with was rude - felt like I was being interrogated. "When did you buy them?" I don't known maybe a year ago. Very unpleasant experience even AFTER she told me she'd send the new fasteners. Then she says "you'll receive a notice in 2 days when they will ship". Thanks but it's been 2 days, no correspondence. So now I have 2 of the 3 toilet seats NOT fastened properly so I'm about to buy universal fasteners on Amazon. Just rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing. Coincidently, my friend works for a major hotel company and I told him this story a few minutes ago. If this is the way Kohler treats the average Joe (me), then they don't deserve more biz. I don't care about the $12 in fastener costs but I do care about the way I was treated. And I will never recommend or buy Kohler again.

Cheap kitchen faucet! I spent $600 on a faucet full of plastic. Everything about this faucet was cheap, cheap, and even cheaper! Zero customer service and I was left on my own. Returned to the store for a refund. I don't want Kohler products anymore. Went with Mirozza brand for $250 hot brass faucet with metal spray and was able to talk to a real guy over the phone.

1 Star Review ⭐ We have installed many products of Kohler in our property, expecting good quality and reliable after-sales support. However, our experience with their service has been very disappointing. Now, whenever we face any product complaints or technical issues, spare parts are not available even within a 100 km radius. Because of this, we are forced to arrange parts through local vendors, where the prices are extremely high and unreasonable. Apart from this, the company’s service support is also very poor. Delayed responses, lack of proper assistance, and unavailability of parts have created major inconvenience for us. We expected much better support from such a reputed brand, but unfortunately our experience has been very bad. 1 Star from our side. ⭐

Actualy 2.5. When I installed the new toilet in September of 2020. (Wellworth round new style) it worked great until a few months ago, when it lost it's umph. I thought maybe I was full of...well. So May 8, 2026 rolls around as I did the super clean. I noticed paint/coating chipped off inside the tank. Water not reaching the water line. It still works but it is getting to be like what I put in it.

We ordered a Kohler cachet round seat toilet seat in sandbar color from Home Depot. It is a very good product. Perfect color, easy installation and we love the open and close functions...no more slamming. We highly recommend it.
