What used to be the best wallet built for Kadena bas expanded to being the best wallet for many other cryptocurrencies as well, great team, above and beyond customer support, the safest self custody platform in my honest opinion!

Koala Wallet is my first crypto wallet, and I love how easy it is to use. Buying Ethereum and exploring the Quai Ecosystem only takes a few taps. It's great to have a multi-chain wallet that works so smoothly. Plus, the team is really helpful and quick to respond on X and Discord!!

I exchange my KDA to FLUX because that is the only coin coinbase wallet will accept. After exchange I put my receiver address which is on KDA Eth as one of the choices, it says invalid address. Then at the bottom where I would exchange the FLUX it says not enough KDA to pay fees. Why exactly would I need KDA to send FLUX which I exchanged all my KDA. If that was the case why not let me know that. Now I am stuck with FLUX in my wallet that I can't move .

Hi Chucky, the Flux token exists on several blockchains. Assets on the Kadena blockchain cannot be sent to Ethereum addresses, only to Kadena addresses, which start with "k:" Regarding fees, all token transfers must pay fees with the blockchain's base coin. Tokens on Ethereum pay fees with ETH; on Polygon with MATIC; on Kadena with KDA. It's how those blockchains were designed by their creators. Luckily with Kadena's gas stations, services can pay the fees for you. By connecting your wallet to kdswap.exchange using walletconnect, you can swap some Flux back without the need of a KDA balance. Feel free to open a support ticket at support.koalawallet.io if you still need assistance with your FLUX, and support will help you asap. Thank you!

I like that Koala accepts KDA so I move my KDA from Kucoin. Once in the koala wallet I tried to moved a small amount from chain 0 to chain 1. An hour later still no movement and 0 confirmations thus far. I thought it would be much quicker. So the the transactions just disappeared but I didn't lose any KDA. To add someone else complained about high fees. I was going to swap 890 worth of KDA for FLUX and I was going to get 730 worth of flux. I wish I could upload my screenshot.

Hi, cross-chain txs usually confirm within minutes. Please open a support ticket on support.koalawallet.io or using the links in the app explaining all in detail so we can take a better look, thank you! Regarding in-app swaps, they are powered by the KDSwap decentralized exchange. Exchange rates are based purely on the dex' liquidity, Koala Wallet doesn't charge any fees on top. Even miner fees are paid by gas stations.

Slow and expensive. The support is genneric and rude. The fees extortionate ecceeding $8 for $120 transactio.

Hi James, transactions in Kadena confirm in seconds and cost a fraction of a cent. If you ever have any problems or questions, there are multiple official points of contact listed in the app's "Support" section. Our team is always available and happy to help.
