Your crew in NOHO is the best in customer service. Arsen is always going the extra mile to get my orders processed and out the door. Arthur is also very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ed also very helpful and always get's me on my way with my product. Steve is the best tech support and has never let me down. Always called back and followed up on tech questions. Luis is great and can be a good reference for any product questions. Glendale, L.A., and Woodland hills stores are also very good and i wish Sylmar store was still open because it was close to my house. You have great stores and best customer service. Efren Ramirez
