I signed up for the Knowt free trial and cancelled it within the cancellation window. Despite that, my card was charged €133.59 for an annual subscription I never authorized. After requesting a refund I was told to cancel via the portal — which I did the same day — and to wait 5–10 business days for the automatic refund. It has now been 16 days. No refund. No human reply on the support chat (only an AI bot called Kai). No reply to my email escalation either. I have already filed a chargeback with my card issuer and a formal complaint is in process with the European Consumer Centre. Avoid Knowt until they make billing disputes accessible to a human and honor their own published refund window.

I was using this to prepare for my AP Physics C E&M exam, but after doing just one practice test the questions are garbage. not only is it not resemblant of any practice AP questions, it also gave hints of what formulas to use and in some cases it solved its own question within the question and it turned into an AP Lang question. this is a complete nosnense platform and just a scam overall.

DONT USE THIS IT IS A WASTE OF TIME COMPLETELY PAID AVOID AT ALL COSTS
