KnowtReviews of knowt.com

I signed up for the Knowt free trial and cancelled it within the cancellation window. Despite that, my card was charged €133.59 for an annual subscription I never authorized. After requesting a refund I was told to cancel via the portal — which I did the same day — and to wait 5–10 business days for the automatic refund. It has now been 16 days. No refund. No human reply on the support chat (only an AI bot called Kai). No reply to my email escalation either. I have already filed a chargeback with my card issuer and a formal complaint is in process with the European Consumer Centre. Avoid Knowt until they make billing disputes accessible to a human and honor their own published refund window.

Knowt Helped me Retrieve my Huge set of Flashcards from Quizlet, However The AI does Lowkey Suck a little bit, Sometimes it Gives the Answers with the Questions by Mistake, and sometimes it marks the answer "Kinetic" wrong because it isn`t "Kinetic Energy" or something stupid.... But This is an issue that can be fixed if they train they`re AI Model Better.

I was using this to prepare for my AP Physics C E&M exam, but after doing just one practice test the questions are garbage. not only is it not resemblant of any practice AP questions, it also gave hints of what formulas to use and in some cases it solved its own question within the question and it turned into an AP Lang question. this is a complete nosnense platform and just a scam overall.

Dla mnie najlepsza alternatywa dla Quizlet. Funkcje które są płatne w Quizlet, są tu darmowe. Z minusów to interfejs (dla mnie oczywiście) i brak języka polskiego (w apce juz coś ten polski występuje)

DONT USE THIS IT IS A WASTE OF TIME COMPLETELY PAID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It just wasn't good. Make sure not to use Written answer. The AI gives you wrong answers

Not only does Knowt have many free features that are unavailable with the free version of Quizlet, but I also find it to be as user-friendly as Quizlet. I can find my flashcards easily, create quizzes and tests, and create folders to organize flashcards easily! I have yet to try out more of the Knowt AI features, but from when I've used them, they work really well. Great Service. 10/10 would recommend.
