Ms. Rachel was great. Yesterday was my first visit and I really enjoyed it. The help and knowledge of staff makes things go smoothly and I have already told a few people about my visit. My daughter is trying to get an appointment as well.

Although I am new to this company, I look forward to with them in my journey of this wonderful thing called weight loss. From what I’ve seen and what I’ve looked at on their website they look to be a very informed company and want to help people on their journey.

Years ago when glp1s were approved, I went through a different company for care. I spent over $200 a month just to be seen with no other support mechanisms. Never spoke to a doctor after the first visit. It felt very transactional and in and out care. Ultimately I went off of them due to cost. But after some regain I found knownwell, my insurance covers it and the doctor has been phenomenal. She takes the time to listen, guide, suggest and encourage. I wish I would’ve found her a year ago. Make the jump, knownwell will catch you.

My experience with Knownwell has been nothing but empowering. I feel respected at every visit. They take the time to go through family history, past experiences, and what goals I would like to achieve. My first appointment with Jessin Varghese, NP was one I will never forget. She made me feel comfortable and she welcomed me with calmness in her voice and support like I have never had. We meet regularly each month to check in and see how things are going. She gives me opportunities to share what is working and how I am feeling. She provides useful information at every visit. Jessin referred me to Courtney Southwood, Registered Dietitian. My first appointment with her felt safe and calm. She went through my history with nutrition, my overall health, and listened without judgement. I felt safe and comfortable sharing my life history. She provided extremely useful information and educated me on questions I was asking. She provided the guidance that I have been looking for my whole life. We created a plan that I felt comfortable with and set up an appointment for one month. That will give me a chance to experiment with creating a menu log to see what is going well and what support I may need. Courtney informed me to reach out on the portal messages at anytime I feel I may need her. My overall experience is one of a kind and it is making all the difference in my world.
