I have just begun my journey with knownwell but I already like it so much better than my past online health company and the tediousness of visiting my PCP in person. Even though it’s done through video, it feels very personal. Not only I’m I receiving care for weight loss but my PA also is addressing some other health concerns that my regular Dr had not. The app is easy to use, and the connection with Lilly Direct and my own pharmacy is seamless. Plus I’m not paying any annual subscription fee - just the Dr visits. I wish I had found them sooner.

My experience with this company is overwhelmingly positive. I find them to be responsive, empathetic and supportive. My session with my dietitian was very helpful and I am motivated to improve my diet for maximum healthy weight loss.

Everyone is kind and supportive. In particular I work with Nizza the APN and Elizabeth O’Malley. They never rush me. They answer all my questions and they make great suggestions. This program has changed my life. I’m so much healthier now.
