KnownhostReviews of knownhost.com

I am using Knownhost since Aug 2023. They have best support times as well as support problem solving, Their VPS and Dedicated hosting both are amazing. I tried a lot of hosting before but now I can see Knownhost is one of the best. Thank to Knownhost and their team members. 😍

I have been with Knownhost for a while and they are undoubtedly the best host I have been with, to date. They are fast, friendly and professional and cannot fault them!

Tried many hosts over the 30+ years I have been running websites. I can't say enough good things about Known Host. They are always so responsive, and time and time again provide excellent customer service. I was motivated to write this review after the employee Nivin P. went above and beyond to help resolve an issue on one of my websites. The level of support they offered was incredible and i just wanted to single them out personally for that amazing level of support.

I have been a customer of Knownhost for a few years now. I think they are one of the best hosts out there. Their support department is stellar and stuck with me till the problem was solved. The server itself is top notch and i'm extremely happy. Special shout out to Adam, Leena, and Robert who helped me recently. Cheers!

We’ve been with these guys since around 2017, had to move because the company where we hosted for acquired and the new support want great (we were used to great, not good) Since then we’ve really tested their support and I can with all honesty say it as been SUPERB 99% of the time, the other 1% was just good hehe. We’ve now grown quite a bit and their friendly staff has definitely played a roll in that, from the guys at billing to the very CTO they’re always ready to help and provide an awesome service. Our site is webfica and we’ve even added a powered by knownhost on our footer.

After 5.5 years, we couldn't be happier. Primo managed service and top notch support staff. Ticket responses come in within minutes and the staff often goes above and beyond. Over that timeframe we've submitted a few hundred tickets ranging from minor (help installing an extension) to major (critical service down) and each was resolved timely and professionally. A few years ago we had an issue with an older PHP site that had malware maliciously installed. They were alerted to it, locked down the account, notified us, and even went to the extent of identifying how it was installed (unpatched, known problematic PHP library). After cleaning up the files and removing the unneeded library, the site was back up and running quickly. Knownhost also has an extremely helpful Discord server with management and support staff always available. Tickets are best if there's an active problem but I've picked the brains of the staff in Discord countless times when I've got a question or concern. I'm not sure how we got by before Knownhost.

No the cheapest, but still decent value, and the support is excellent. What makes them stand out is their support. The support team on their managed plans reply in phenomenal time and every time they seem incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help. I've been very satisfied with the resolution and communication of all the support tickets I've had over the last couple of years. Keep it up folks!

I've been using this company for my hosting for about 8 years and although I usually have performance issues that's probably more related with the complexity of Wordpress. Features, price, support are great and I am very happy with them.
