They answered my questions as to why I couldn't login. However I still wonder why I was sent a link to training if PFH paused the training? That's a question for PFH I suppose.

Excellent support from start to finish. The engineer was patient, professional, and determined to resolve the issue despite a few technical hurdles with remote access.
