I was really happy that I was able to get hold of someone in 10 minutes or less that could quickly answer my questions. In the past I would often submit a support ticket through the support portal and wait a day or more for a response. And, I'm currently really behind on setting up a phishing campaign that was supposed to start more than a week-and-a-half ago. But my schedule and workload has prevented me from getting it started. So getting fast technical support is really great. The support agent seemed very informed about the service. I was able to figure out some answers to the questions I had pretty quickly on my own while we were on the phone together, and she confirmed that the software did indeed seem to work the way it appeared to be working. We were talking about how the "Find Manager" feature worked inside a user perofile (under USERS). She also advised about how the organizational hierarchy information is used in reporting through the portal.

I'm the one running our company's training program, and let me tell you, it’s got a ton of content. Some of it can feel a bit dry or not super useful, but if you dig in, there’s actually a lot of cool and helpful stuff to find. Most of the gripes we hear come from folks taking the course, who might not know that some IT person is the one picking what they get, how often, and even things like those fake phishing emails or the language it’s in. Honestly, if the training feels like a boring nightmare, it’s probably because that IT person isn’t putting much thought into it—just tossing in random stuff without checking if it’s useful. Putting together a course is way trickier than it needs to be, and there’s too much basic, repetitive content that’s not very exciting. Plus, we’re missing some key topics that could make it way better.
