The product always arrived on time but literally every pair I had ripped within the first week or first time putting them on. I got a pair that wasn't stitched properly and they did send me a new pair, but when I asked about the constant ripping they ignored it. I stopped my subscription because literally they all ripped. And all I see is good reviews om their posts and I never understood how I was the only one who didn't like them. I even tried a size up just to see and they still ripped. Save your money.

No issues with the products themselves, just the customer service (or lack thereof). I spent 2 months emailing them back and forth, I was trying to get help in canceling my subscription. They did not help at all, instead they tried convincing me to just skip a month or something along the lines. As soon as I made it clear that I wasn’t interested in any other options other than canceling my subscription, I received no more emails. Like is the company that desperate for money that they won’t help you get out of the subscription? I was going to possibly subscribe again after I had more money, but after going through hell to get out of it I’m definitely never subscribing again. It’s a shame, because they do have good products but it’s not worth dealing with the crappy customer service.

The price is tempting and you get what you paid for. However, these were so poorly made that it I could have bought better quality just as cheaply from walmart. The holes for the legs in the underwear were crooked and I had several strings hanging when i opened my package. I contacted customer service to cancel my subscription and they answer very quickly so that was nice.

I ordered a subscription and had the 3 underwear Halloween add ons. I emailed them to let them know that due to my body shape I can not wear bikini or cheeky. A month after I ordered I finally got it in the mail today. I tried them on and a few fit fine, but the rest were just off. I ordered mediums and two say medium but they are like an x-small so I couldn’t even put them on. One of the lace ones looked like it had been snagged on something before it was put in the plastic wrap. The thongs fit nice but the other 3 underwear were all cheeky and bikini style which I can not wear at all. The quality is very low, the thongs have like no lining it’s basically just another layer of the lace fabric. I tried to cancel my subscription online but it kept having shortcuts pop up with discounts or changing sizes and would not let me cancel! I just emailed them about how half of them didn’t fit and I want to cancel the subscription. We will see if they actually do cancel it. Overall the few times I’ve emailed them they responded two days later but they were really nice.

Ordered them on 22nd August. Supposed to arrive by 9th September, emailed to ask and told to wait until 14th, this date came and went and still no delivery. Emailed again to be asked if I lived in a house, checked my neighbours and checked the local post office! I had and replied as such only to be ignored. Emailed again around the 19th Sept this time to be told still in transit, so for some reason they couldn't check this the first time around?! Finally arrived on 24th September, a month after ordering! I have cancelled my subscription as I arent waiting and chasing that long... surely should be easier than this!

Instagram post made them look quality, what turned up was a cheap pair of nylony pants that were half ways between a thong and Brazilian. Cancelled my subscription straight away

The panties themselves were very poor quality, it makes sense why there are only $3.99. The material was uncomfortable; scratchy, course. And the sizing was quite off. I selected size M and I’d receive some that were too small and some that were too large. All in all, I do not recommend investing into these panties.

I ordered full of hope that this was of subscription that was going to make me happy, I was wrong. After the knickers were a no-show I contacted the email addresses with no response. I then sent a message on Facebook to ask how long things took to be delivered and immediately got blocked. Eventually I did get an email reply but it wasn’t particularly helpful and just said they would contact the post office and then I never heard anything again. Then today a month after my order the knickers have finally arrived, I can only describe the quality equal to those tacky sexy underwear machines you used to get in Blackpool of in the 80s. I have cancelled my subscription, I don’t trust a company that blocks people on Facebook. I’m pretty sure everybody who leaves anything negative will just get blocked therefore the Facebook page looks like they only have happy customers. That’s dodgy. If you want three pairs of cheap knickers go for it, but don’t expect fast delivery, good customer service or a quality product.
