They didn't put enough postage on my order so the post office will not deliver. Knotty Knickers expects me to retrieve it and pay the difference in postage. I am unable and unwilling to do this. The customer service has been horrendous. I want a full refund and they refuse to give it to me for an order that hasn't been delivered because of their error. I have filed a complaint with their local BBB.

I chose the type of panty package (Nice package), and chose the specific pairs I wanted for my first order. There was NO fine print anywhere saying they choose the panties for your first order. I get my first pack and it's not only not what I chose, it was entirely the wrong package of panties! It was a random mix from various packages! There's no phone number to call, so numerous emails and days later, I'm still just trying to get the original set I wanted! At first they acknowledged the error, then came back saying I got the right package. I emailed back, with a FB photo, proving it was the wrong package. Canceling my subscription as soon as soon as they give me what I ordered!

Very cheap and didn’t take any of my requests into consideration. Canceled after one and now I’m worried it won’t actually cancel. Really disappointing

Like several others, I have not received my last two shipments. I was charged the full amount, but haven't received the products. I wrote to customer service for the first time nearly 6 wks ago asking for my subscription to be canceled and the cost reimbursed. I still have not received any word from them, and I have written an additional three letters. For the panties I did receive, the quality was terrible. The sizing was all over the place and one was ripped. The panties were packaged individually, but did not appear clean. Honestly, don't do it. You end up stuck in customer service hell, where you're being charged and there's no contact at all.

I started a subscription with them. I immediately informed them of the style & colors that I do not want. What did I get in my order? Yup, only the style & colors I don't want. Ugh! Why should I pay for something monthly if I'm not going to get what I want? I immediately cancelled. Also, the quality of the panties I did receive is very poor. They are all cheap material which is not good for our sensitive lady parts!

So I got my first shipment. They seem cute enough, but I don't think they will fit me. One of the thongs I received had a small stain on the front of it. They come individually wrapped but they smell horrible. They get 1 star for charging the actual cost for shipping. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered in the first place.

I have asked/ emailed 6 different times and they will NOT cancel my SUBSCRIPTION. Don't try them!

Extremely poor quality. Don't waste your money or time. Looks like it was made to be sold at the dollar store. To cancel scroll to the right under subscriptions for your profile in the far right in white is the cancel button.
