Quality is okay. It's cheap underwear and they will not last long. After a few months, some of them are no longer in good shape. Yes, they are really cute and have interesting design, but you need to keep them coming, since they will not last. Customer service and terms and conditions: I canceled my subscription in September, because my drawer was a bit too full. My last order was in August and I didn't receive it. I ask for an investigation since it's all with a tracking number. 1st : You have 15 business days to make a claim. After that. their service is limited. They were able to give my tracking number and that's it. 2nd: Apparently in order to access my account, they need an active subscription. So they renew my subscription, 2 days before my billing date, so I'm the proud owner of another package... Since it's all in their terms and conditions, no refund for me. Should I have read the terms and conditions in details ? Yes, that's my mistake (I will pay more attention next time), but to need an active subscription to access my account doesn't make any sense. Well, that will be my last order with them :)

The first package I received I was very excited and the panties were adorable. However, one pair did not fit and one pair tore during the first wear. Got my second package, same issue as above. Decided that I should cancel my subscription due to personal reasons and the fact that the quality and consistency of sizing were a bit off. And now their page is telling me I do not have an account with my email that they are still sending my order confirmations too and are STILL sending me the same problematic undies! I have emailed customer service 2 times now and I am still waiting on a response. Trying to avoid canceling my card, but I may need to just do that.

Poor quality. Did not send items that matched my preferences at all. Sizing is small. Too tight. I’ve worn the same size for years and these were too small, was easy to order and seemed like it would be fun if the quality and sizing was correct.

I got 4 total pair of panties from them. 3 of them were amazing; really cute, comfy, stretchy, and I loved them. The 4th pair was not like the others. They had an elastic band that dug into your skin so bad that they actually left marks for a couple of days after. I think they even may have taken a tiny layer of skin off in a spot because it was really sensitive for a while. I emailed the company to see if I could get a refund or a replacement but they gave me the runaround about it saying that they don't accept returns. I wasn't trying to return them, I understand hygiene concerns, I just wanted a pair of panties that I had paid for that weren't painful to wear. After several emails realizing that they weren't going to compensate for these panties that I threw in the trash, I canceled my subscription. I didn't want to have it happen again and end up throwing away another pair of panties that I had paid for and wasn't getting reimbursed for. Bummer.

I received my first package in a timely manner (about a week after I ordered – I live in Ontario) and they were cute BUT they tell you to order your size according to what you currently wear – which is a large for me. 2 of the 3 panties were too small. I gave those (begrudgingly) to my daughter who is a size smaller than me. Also, the one pair (they were lace) had threads and strings hanging off them all over. I was able to cut them off and that had no affect on them (just looks like they were cut with dull scissors) but as a first shipment, it didn’t look very pleasing to see. Also, the lace ones don't look like they will last for very long but I guess I will find that out in time. I have updated my size to XL for the next package. Fingers crossed that this one goes better. I also started with a Splendies sub just to compare the 2 – quality and sizing, to see if the extra cost of Splendies is worth it. I will also add that Knotty Knickers advertises they are a Canadian company (which was part of the appeal - to support a Canadian company for a change) but every single pair had the tag inside saying designed in Canada, made in China. Not exactly what I would call a Canadian Company.

Typically have smooth transactions, however, when an error was made with my order and an item I'd purchased was not shipped out, the customer service team was argumentative and tried to insist that there was no way that could have happened. They did thankfully agree to resend the item after a lot of inquiry! The underwear quality is also average, and starts to fray after a couple of washes.

yes they are so cute and it’s fun to get panties in the mail. but honestly, don’t buy in to the hype. the quality is so bad, they are cute for 2-3 wears, then completely break down. i’ve even had a pair or two rip entirely so i just wind up throwing them out.

Low quality, most of them I am not going to wear because they are not comfy. They tell us we can write them to ask for a specific one, but they never answer (I wrote twice). Go buy panties in real store, they might be more expensive but you are really going to wear them.
