I ordered and waited a week past the estimated delivery date to email customer service. They replied telling me to check the local post office. When I emailed them back to follow up I was ignored. I then messaged them on Facebook and was told to be patient, then the customer service agent ignored all further messages from me. I have not received my order or help from the company.

Underwear is adorable, sadly I’ll never be able to wear it. The size guide is WAY off. I wear 4-6 in pants, so that made me a Knotty Knickers size small. I couldn’t get the underwear up my legs. I adjusted my account and changed to size medium, which is recommended for women who wear size 8-10 pants. The new pair is still too small. If you want to feel like a bloated whale when you put on your lingerie, this is the stuff for you.

I wish I could give zero stars! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I subscribed to Knotty Knickers in June and have since only received ONE package after complaining. Meanwhile they were quick to take my money each month. Later I found out they didn’t pay the full postage for the shipment so all of the packages got caught in UPS with extra payment required. After a while UPS didn’t even have the packages. SUCH a waste. I asked for a refund and they responded that their policy doesn’t allow refunds after x amount of days. RIDICULOUS.

I did this for a few months because I like their inclusive advertising And I like what I got but I’m trying to cut out non-necessary expenses. but you literally cannot cancel your subscription the website has a cancel button but if you click it, it makes you give them a reason why and then it just redirects you to different options and you can’t actually cancel. When you contact customer service all they tell you is “you must cancel through your account”

Ordered 7 weeks ago. Have exchanged at least 20 emails. They don’t read what you put and send generic email replies. If you cancel your subscription they won’t help with the fact you haven’t received anything yet so you are stuck in a never ending circle. So now waiting for the second parcel when first never came. They won’t chase with the courier and just tell you to check the post office even though they didn’t use the post office. Absolutely useless in every sense. Won’t even contemplate giving you the money back and won’t resend. So it will be me out of pocket. Never ever use this company.

Terrible quality, sizing and customer service. Signed up for a subscription which they promptly took the money for but never arrived. Checked the website and I had no account with them or record of a subscription. After multiple emails, where the people responding send a minimal stock answer as opposed to actually reading what you sent, I finally received my order. The knickers are very poor quality and were all different sizes and at least 2-4 sizes smaller than ordered. I have since tried to verify that no more money will be taken for my phantom subscription but the customer service is so poor and basic I will jusy have to wait to find out.

I paid for my order and didn’t receive anything. I haven’t even gotten a email for shipping dates and confirmation purchase. I have emailed them 2 times and nothing back! Horrible, don’t use them. I’m moving my subscription to splendies

Never received my order. Left me on read on social media. Delete your comments on their posts asking for help because your order never came. Emailed their help email. No reply. They are just flat out refusing to refund. I ordered some extras with the subscription and nothing. My order wasn't exactly cheap after I finished choosing the extra I wanted. Well for me with anyways just like many others who are suffering with their income due to the pandemic. I've contacted my bank who will attempt to do a charge back. They've advised if it doesn't go through to contact the ombudsman who will investigate as this is flat out stealing. Should be ashamed of yourselves.
