I paid for my subscription and the spooky extras. The subscription pack was nowhere near the right sizing and I never got my spooky set. They keep sending me an automated email about the spooky set and blocked me and my friend from commenting on their page. They delete all negative comments. Anyone who has had a bad time with naughty knickers should take the time to report them to the better business bureau!!!!

#KnottyKnickersScam Customer service tried to blame not sending my add on items on USPS when my package wasn’t even damaged. They have since blocked me from their social media. I have read everyone’s stories of the same thing happening to them. I encourage you to share your stories on ALL social media platforms with the above hashtag. Together we can take them down.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Blocked me on social media and won’t respond to my emails after I was missing stuff in my order. Said it was the post offices fault. And ignored any messages after that.

I received an incomplete order and I reached out to the company immediately. They told me to direct my issue with the mailing service since they sent the appropriate 'weight' of the product. I responded back stating that the package was not tampered with so my issue is with them not the mailing service. I should not be charged for what I did not receive. They are now ignoring my emails. I tried to reach out on social media and they blocked me! They remove any negative feedback and that is not fair to the consumer. I would give no stars if that was possible. Do not give them your money!!!

Normally I’m a 2X in underwear but due to the sizing chart, I went ahead and ordered a 3X.... let me tell you, there is NO WAY in hell that they were a size 3X. They did not fit at all & two of my products arrived with holes in the lace. Tried to email Support, still heard nothing. Don’t waste your money!!

Like many others here I had a subscription and never received my product. When i emailed the first time i was told to wait another week. When i emailed after a week, i received no response. Then they charged me for another month and i responded to that about my previous order not being delivered and they said per their terms and conditions i should have contacted them 15 days after my order, even though their estimated delivery date was AFTER 15 days (which i emailed when that window had passed) and now they have limited tracking. So they take my money and i have no product and no help from their customer service.

Just know that they send your underwear without tracking and will not help you once shipped. My underwear never arrived, their chat support on FB was useless, and they banned me from their Facebook page when I stated that my underwear never arrived. This company is a scam and I now have to try to get my money back thru PayPal.

AVOID! The quality is so bad, the stitching is horrible and the fabric is cheap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
