So far I really like knotty knickers. I subscribe to the sugar and spice package and I’ve been enjoying them other than the fact that some of the crotch pocket things are sewed waayyy too far towards the butt, and trust me I’m not wearing them backwards which completely bothers me. There was only one pair that sucked from the rubber, stretchy material they were made from. If knotty knickers had a review page on their webpage I would suggest to fix the crotch pocket thing. And honestly if they don’t fix it I think I’m going to unsubscribe soon because when my crotch isn’t protected by that pocket it is REALLY uncomfortable and honestly will be the end of my subscription (even though I do kinda love my subscription)

Not sure why people are saying bad things. I've been getting my cute little knickers for 4 months now....I do the 3 pack variety. Love them. And I love that you can skip a month or two if money is tight. Try it out!

I saw some really good reviews on social media for this company so decided to subscribe. I then came on here and saw nothing but terrible ones. I panicked and almost cancelled my subscription before I'd even received my first order. However , i thought I'd give it a chance and see how it went. I can honestly say I've never had a problem. I'm on my 4th pair now. Never had a missed order. Never had to pay extra postage. The knickers are nice and fair quality. What else can you expect for £4.99 a month ? Its a nice little treat for me. All ill say is judge for yourself. Im happy with the service im receiving from knotty knickers

I've never really had any issues with this company. The underwear is a crapshoot whether they will fit or not since the sizing is slightly inconsistent, but I've always received my packages, although sometimes a bit later thanks to covid. It isn't too difficult to find the cancel option if you're actively searching for it, either. I did recently cancelled my subscription so that's how I know. My reason for cancelling is because I am consistently having to pay extra postage for my packages which means a trip into town, full of people actively walking around without masks... No, thanks.

Not sure why all the bad reviews? I have been getting from them for 4 months, I have loved all but one pair of underwear. all fit, comfy, decent material for the price (you can't expect luxury items for $3.50 a piece ). Ya the mail took a while but I still received every pair. one time the mail did take longer then expected and they responded super quickly about the issue and I recived them the next day. There are some people saying they ordered a bunch of swimsuits...? I have personally never seen swimsuits on the site. The Canadian site doesn't look like they carry swim suits. I did order the bralette but with my busty chest it didn't offer much support....But I wasn't surprised for $8 I think all these bad reviews are people expecting luxury....if you want luxury spend your $$$

Even delivery was few days late i didnt mind. Nice knickers for good price. Customer service replied always within 24 hours. Ppl usually leave bad reviews only. I cant wait for another delivery xx

Haven't had a bad experience with them yet. Customer service has been helpful when I needed them, once for a expired card and another time for a shipping cost that they reimbursed me with. Yes some undies feel a little thinner, im sure its the lighter more breathable fabrics. I've enjoyed the confidence boost they give me. But to each their own.

I didnt really give any specifics on what I wanted, except for style which was on point ( not things) people just need expect that it is ultimately a random subscription. And you get sort of what you want just like any other subscription. I like what I got but I did feel like one of the underwears I got was a little small, but the other 2 were perfect 👍 so yeah you get what you pay for. My second month was better than my first. All fit good. Overall I'd say that paying 14$Canadian for 3 pairs is a good price..
