I'm surprised at the amount of negative reviews here, I've ordered 1 boyshort and 1 brief and they fit beautifully, the only downside was that shipping took a week or two

Found Knotty Knickers via a Facebook Ad. After having a snoop i really loved the patterns and style, so ended up ordering £64 worth of stuff... 4 pairs of brief style pants at £4 each in the sale 2 boxers £12 each in the sale 2 bralettes £12 each in the sale After putting in my order, the email confirmation looked a bit 'naff' lets say, so i done a quick trust pilot search and my stomach dropped! The tracking code provided took me to a Canadian site i didn't recognise (shipping chimp) and i started to panic. 8 days later, my order has arrived via Royal Mail. My god, i have never opened a parcel so fast, expecting for the worst. However, i am really pleasantly surprised... The items are exactly as described. Sizes ok, fit well, bright patterns.. Not sure how they will hold up on the wash, but on first appearance not bad at all 🤷‍♀️ maybe i am just lucky! Have given a 4* as the website was easy to navigate, email confirmation and tracking came quick. Items as described and packaged well. But, delivery was slow (8 days - most Ebay or Vinted things come quicker than that nowadays). I doubt I'll order again through fear of these reviews though. Don't want to risk my chances twice!

No issues with my undies (i only wear the boxer type). Quality is great and the comfort... i will never go back to my old undies. The only thing is I ordered about 10 pairs of XL undies and mis sized one of them XS and i really wish the company would of at least checked if order was ok. But hey, it was my fault, gave the undie to my lil cousin

I love it. For the price you’re definitely getting decent (not phenomenal quality) underwear for sure which is why I gave 4/5. For $3 per underwear you can’t expect super Victoria’s Secret high quality. I’ve had my subscription orders delivered always on time monthly for the past year. Another arrived today. I haven’t had any issues. I love that its random variety and they’re cute style; it’s like an underwear lottery. Lol Sizing isn't always perfect/consistent but for most part it’s good; I’m a 3X. I get the thong pkg. Find those consistently fit better then bikini coverage style. I will say I hate the G strings when they throw those in, looks funny feels awful. Not a fan of floss underwear thx haha Overall, I’d recommend, just don't have your expectations super high when you’re only paying $3 an underwear. You get what you pay for, lets be real people lol

I give these 4 out of 5 stars because like many have said, the elastic waistbands are too tight mind you I have a cushy belly. and the sizes are a bit inconsistent, but I like that because I order small but my waist isn’t the same every day. Other than that I love the variety, I got my best friend into them too, we look forward to our deliveries every month and the price is well worth it

Sizing was just right, but the clasp on the bra in the matching set I bought is somehow backwards. I also received a thong with rhinestones, which started coming off immediately as I tried it on.

Quite shocked at how many low reviews this company has! I’ve been with knotty knickers for years (on & off). I pay for the 3x knickers each month and never had an issue! Knickers fit nicely, and they’re super cute! I recently had an issue where I had changed my address and my parcel seemed to get lost somewhere, customer service were really helpful. They sent 3 extra knickers with my next subscription free of charge! Only reason I’ve given 4 star instead of 5 is because (although customer service was good) there was a bit of miscommunication within it. Because they have different people replying to messages each time, I got given two different answers to my question! But overall, I would recommend knotty knickers! xo

I have been getting panties from knotty knickers every month for over a year, I order $24 dollars worth which is 8 pairs of underwear. I have never had any problems with this company! I have only received two or three pair that were to small so sizing is pretty much on target! Love the brand love my panties!
