Really liked the designs and fit. Had worn the boxers twice and after washing there were holes in them. Contacted company and was told to follow washing instructions( l had) and as it was not within 5 days of purchase there was no refund. As a goodwill gesture they offered 20% off my next full price item. I responded back that l would rather have a free replacement but got no response. Will not be buying again.

Not a UK based company, all products are shipped from China. If I'd have known this I wouldn't have bothered ordering. My products came after 2 weeks, and they're okay, but only slightly softer than cheap polyester stuff. The stitching on the bralette makes it look like you have long nipples poking out. Feels cheap, just glad I paid sale price but even at £12 per item I feel like that's too much. Lots of loophole language in the returns and refunds section, you're only allowed to return for refund within 14 days of ordering and from what I've seen many orders are arriving after 14 working days. I sent an email to try and cover myself incase my products never arrived. Save your money and get something half decent.

Just OK. Lots of advertising about how they improve sweat etc. I bought them quite cheap on sale. The quality is cheap, and honestly don't feel that great. Not at all what is advertised. You are better off going to m&s .

I have just ordered today stupidly without looking indepth at reviews. I tried to find a way to cancel my order but I haven't been able to as there has been no receipt or email confirmation however they have taken my money. I can't even contact my bank to stop the transaction as I need a code from Knotty to be able to do so apparently. We'll see if I receive any products and the quality but I do not have confidence due to a lack of paper trail

After wearing these bras for a full day (promising to be sweat-free, mind) I can officially say these are not that. I'm an E cup, and despite promising to be for the bigger girls, these provide zero support at all. They don't stop underboob sweat in any way, shape or form- it's exactly the same, just harder to feel since the band is wedged so firmly underneath them all I can feel is how itchy the elastic band is. The only points I can give is because the patterns are nice.

Love the patterns, but the quality and sizing consistency was all over the place. I ordered several pairs of the same size and some were hanging off of me while others wouldn't fit over my thighs. There were loose threads and some of the fabric had damage. Knotty said they don't do refunds so issued me store credit. The second order I received were better (only a little bit of damage on one pair) so I thought maybe it was a one off. I've now looked at the site and can see some pairs are listed as almost £100 which is absolutely mad. Really weird.

two stars because i guess im one of the lucky ones that actually received my order. but only AFTER contacting the company 3 times to actually get it shipped. they claimed it was shipped the day after i submitted my order but the tracking didn’t update for over 2 weeks. then miraculously after contacting them a few times suddenly it was updating. the shipping label said they were shipped in the uk, so nearly 3 weeks for national uk delivery is ridiculous. after receiving my items, granted i did only buy 6 pairs of underwear from the £4 sale (£6 postage for something that fit through the letterbox?) but the quality of their products also isn’t great, and smelled so strongly of chemicals that i instantly had to wash them. The smell was so bad it caused a headache. i wouldn’t recommend this company to an enemy. definitely some cheap dropshipping going on somewhere here
