Scammers... Wrong item arrived, refuse to refund. Avoid at all cost

ordered a car vacumn as advertised on facebook, advert showed blowing up a dingy, and sucking the air out of a huge plastic bottle, it arrived it didnt even pick up one single tissue, or blow away a piece of paper, i emailed them, several amils later i threatened them with legal action, they said no refund as correct order, then they blocked my emails, contacted bank they have refunded me and are going to investigate DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, TOTAL SCAMMER,WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING!!

total scam. ordered dragon eye dice set and after a month i got a single cheeseball 20 sided dice that looked and acted nothing like the ones in the ad. not to mention they were 4 dice short of the set. still in the process of gettin my money back. chinese deekheads sending garbage out of ireland... fun stuff

Devils work at play! If you want to lose money, send them your money. CON ARTISTS. SCAMS. FRAUDS. Question is, why is Facebook so USELESS that they still have the KnotWood page up after so many have reported it. FACEBOOK is the gateway for all Scams. Well done Facebook. Awesome job.

I ordered a product 3.5 months ago. It still has not arrived. Their customer service just keeps says the same thing over email - please wait. I would not trust them again.

Scam - avoid this store at all costs. They spoof their location as the US (actually China). Product still hasn't arrived after 6 weeks - supposedly in the country but tracking number is likely fake.

Where is the -star I cannot believe that, in 2022, it is possible for a package to take more than two months to be transported to any nation on the globe. It still hasn’t arrived. I ordered the same vacuum that everyone seems to have been scammed by their awesome looking advert. The same advert seems to have been replicated in various branded products. The customer support that responds to their emails is so casual about this telling me on so many occasions that “this is not a scam” despite my not asking. ‘Dodgy!!’ I’m more disappointed that I didn’t notice that it is a scam than the money that I believe I’ve lost. Let’s spread the word on this. Knot-wood is undoubtedly the single worst online shopping experience of my life. They will not even entertain a refund, Scammers!!!!! LETS SPREAD THE WORD
