Lovely design but zipper very weak / bag wouldn’t seal within a few years of purchase which is inconsistent with their high quality / sustainability branding.

Do not buy anything from this company. The bags look great but the zips are poor quality and break within weeks. I have a replacement for my first broken bag which now has the same fault. Nkomo do not want to know. Rubbish customer service for the high price. Buy a better quality brand!

Knomo is out of business. I’m a little concerned this company has gone out of business - I bought a bag online that was listed as in stock, delivery in 2 to 3 days but I've been waiting for a bag for two months. There was initially some response by email but only if I initiated it and recently that has dried up. I’m going to try to recover my money from my credit card but wanted to write this to warn others. -I just received the amount refunded to my credit card! 02/02/2024

I have two Knomo back-pack purses, bought in different cities (London and NYC) a year apart, both about 2-3 years old. In BOTH CASES, in spite of different cities of origin, the zippers stopped working. They do zip open, but when you zip it back closed they open up and suddenly your bag is wide open. Called Customer Service--no luck there. They don't repair their bags, even if you're willing to pay. I will never buy another one, that's for sure, and I'm doing my best to warn my friends as well.

Admittedly I've owned my bag for quite a few years, but at the time of purchase it was pitched as one of their premium leather laptop bags... Well it's not! The leather cracked really early in my ownership and they didn't care, it has now peeled in most places so pretty much junk. I would avoid like the plague

I did like my Knomo bag but the zip broke when I was travelling for work exposing a lot of cash and when I contacted them, I had zero response. There is no customer service at all.
