Terrible Terrible Terrible. Ignore any 5 star reviews you may see trying to convince you, theyre fake. Its been a month and a half and the product has not even been shipped out let alone processed. Desmond is the knockies "support." Dont listen to his fake promises and run arounds about all the covid s***. Just stay away. Hoping I can get a refund but am scared theyre just going to steal my money. This sucks. A big middle finger to you Knockies for wasting my time and stealing my money.

It’s been over a month and still nothing. I enquired twice about the delivery status and each time they refund me a few bucks saying because of Covid regulations they are short staffed bla bla bla. I wonder if I can request a cancellation or a refund or will they just run off with my money and I’ll never get the earbuds. Whatever you do - do not do business with them!

I guess I should've read the reviews prior to ordering. YouTubers of course receive and talk about how great the pods are. Well, of course I figured why not get a pair and at worst, I have some meh sounding wireless headphones that look like airpods. But, after 3 weeks and multiple emails, I have yet to hear anything. Would be nice if they actually let me know they'd take a while to ship (probably straight from China), but Shipping FAQ on their site says 2-3 days fast and free. BUYER BEWARE.

Knockies *see update at end* By far and away the worst Bluetooth device I’ve ever used. “When” they work, and that is rarely, they are great. No better design out there. Sound is pretty good, not the best but pretty good. But, I’m not exaggerating, i have spent hours trying to get these to connect properly. Once connected they cause programs to crash, freeze and mess up. Even when these appear to be connected, choosing them as the device will not work. Just to prove to myself it was me, i have spent another hour just trying to connect to listen to some music on a Sunday morning. I wanted to see how long it took to get them to connect. After an hour, i gave up (again) and came here to write this. Other Bluetooth headphones connect in seconds and I’ve never had trouble. These things are nothing but trouble, please do not buy them. I hope this review makes it but i doubt they’ll Allow it on the site. *update* While all issues above continue, i have found if they connect but do not play, perform the ear fit test procedure. Once it plays the burst of music, they will then work. I hope this helps.

This company is a absolute joke! It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my order. Every time I reach out I get the run around and how it will be shipped out in the next couple days and how they are unable to refund my order due to it being in the middle of processing which is a lie because we all know as consumers when something interferes with a company getting our money cancellations are a click away. That I should go through the post office and refuse the order and once the post office ships it back they can refund me. Well how the hell am I supposed to do any of this if they haven’t shipped it?Now the new excuse is CDC guidelines. I completely understand guidelines but based on other reviews this is the norm with this company and since dealing with them and the more agitated I become in my emails this is the first time they’ve brought up the CDC. I truly regret not looking up reviews before purchasing from them. So if your considering purchasing from this company DONT! If your tired of emailing and complaining about your order DONT BE! don’t allow this company to neglect you as a consumer and run off with your money.

I ordered the earbuds and they stopped working after a few weeks. I can not get a refund or a replacement because it is outside of their only 30 day return policy but no warranty at all. The buds also did not respond to touch so I had to manually pause/play. And the volume was not the same on the two buds.

I was bamboozled by all the youtube review videos that mentioned that knockies was reliable. I have received 3 small refunds every time I have requested the shipping information. This is week 3 and I still haven't received tracking information, only false promises. I requested a refund but I have a feeling that I am about to be ghosted. Guess you have to be a youtuber to have good experience with them.

Bought KP Pros and still haven’t shipped out after 2+ weeks. They keep giving be $3 and $4 refunds every time I mention it. Support team member is Desmond btw. I’ve been buying from these guys for a few years now, and this is honestly disappointing.
