Top notch customer service!

As with my past Knockaround purchases, I got several pairs of nice sunglasses at a fair price. Just like they promise, the glasses strike a nice balance between being pretty nice, if not absolutely premium, without the premium price tag, so if I lose or break them I’m not devastated. The sizing/fit guide on the website is useful and pretty accurate. The purchase experience and shipping are easy. I tried a few different styles which I’ve never bought before and I’m happy with all three.

I bought a pair of Knockarounds that looked really cool. Unfortunately, they were too small for my face. Knockaround May be exchange simple, and painless. Now I have a pair of knockarounds that look really cool and fit my face perfectly!

The service was great glasses arrived on the day they said they would and I was more than happy with the quality of my glasses.

So many great options to choose from—and it’s so easy to customize! I ordered a custom pair, and I still can’t believe how fast they were made. They’re perfect! These are by far my favorite sunglasses ever, and I usually go for those big-name expensive brands. I’m a total believer now and won’t be switching back!

I never received my package even though it said it was delivered.
