I ordered two pairs of their sunglasses. The order was fast and they shipped quickly. I kept checking the tracking and they were on track for a quick delivery. My issues is that they were delivered to a an address that I had no idea where it was. The picture that showed delivery was a home I had no idea where it was at. Fortunately the homeowner was very honest and put them on my front steps. I opened the package and found two very cheap pairs of sunglasses that looked nothing like the photos of what I ordered. I tried contact both the sender and the shipper and did not receive any assistance from either. I will use these sunglasses for yard work and nothing more. They are not what I feel are sunglasses worth $35.00 per pair.

For many years it was ok. I like their glasses. But now it's a joke. My order hasn't moved for three weeks. I cannot contact anyone there, as they're saying that no one is available, no matter what time I'm writing. For couple of days their AI bot is writing me that I'll receive an email and nothing happened. It's a disaster now.

They shipped the first order and the glasses were almost kid sized, so I sent them back. It took forever for them to arrive, and the return process seemed easy. Say what you are returning, get credit to immediately apply to other frames, and they'll mail them immediately. Well, they never mailed the replacement frames, and I sent back my original order. About a month later, support appologized and gave me a full refund. They never mailed the order, at all. I can't recommend them after that 2 month long ordeal. I ordered a pair on amazon for less and they were here in a few days. I'll pass on Knockaround

They were way too big for my face. Need smaller width and height.

I haven't recieved them yet.

My order sat unprocessed with no updates for 10 days. I reached out via email and chat and got a response 2 business days (4 days) later. There was a warehouse issue that hung up my order, but I guess it did not alert anyone. The agent said she would "make it right" - all that meant was she sent me 2 of the 4 items I ordered and refunded the rest. One was sold out by then, the other was from another warehouse, so I could reorder...I did not.

The glue on the sticker dried up and is very difficult to get off the frame.

The custom K logos didn’t quite match the choices I made.
