KnockReviews of knock.com

Everyone at Knock was so helpful and responsive. I never felt alone in the process, and they made a complex transaction so easy for me! I'm grateful to the smart and capable people at Knock, and I'm beyond excited to move forward on this new chapter in my life. Thank you to everyone I worked with at Knock.

Knock has been a great experience for my clients and it really put us in a better situation being able to get the home first and then sell later. It will allow us to get the home in tip top shape and ready for buyers. Our loan officer (Tammie) was able to keep us informed the whole entire time and communication was excellent. I will definitely use Knock again for as many listings as I can that will save the hassle of occupying the home while occupied and then scrambling to get everything out after closing. Wonderful experience.

The agents were extremely nice and prompt to answer all my questions. I like the convenience of the electronic signing and emails. The only thing I would suggest is offering clients at least one in person meeting to turn in documents and get info on paper instead of following several different email conversations that ask for different things or the same things to someone else. Maybe an in-person collaborator for all the different things going on at a time. It got a bit confusing ate the first week. But, I am grateful for the team to do all the work they did for me to get into my new home! :)

Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and understanding. Any questions we had were answered promptly and our concerns with the process were handled well. Thus, it was the people that made this happen and continue to. Thanks and we look forward to your help thru the sale of our property!

The team was available for questions and helped my clients be able to move into their dream location before selling their departing residence. I appreciated the great communication and being in the loop every step of the way.

Brandon and Tammie on the Knock team were great to work with - they were quick, answered calls after hours, and communicated clearly with me and the clients.

Great assistance from start to finish. Answered all my questions and provided courteous help throughout.

My experience during this transaction was absolutely wonderful. Everyone's professionalism to get this deal to the closing table was exceptional. I've been in real estate 18 years and this was my first transaction dealing with a bridge loan. I've gained a lot of knowledge about the process and I am grateful.
