Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that Knobco is an independent retailer that sources products from a variety of manufacturers and artisans around the world. Product origin information is provided where applicable, and we make no attempt to misrepresent where products are manufactured. Regarding Xindus, it is a logistics and fulfillment provider used to facilitate international shipping for certain orders. Receiving a shipment or tracking information associated with a fulfillment partner does not mean that customers are purchasing from a different company. Your purchase was made with Knobco, and Knobco remains responsible for customer service and order fulfillment. We take transparency seriously and regret that there was confusion regarding the shipping process. We appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification for future customers.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that Knobco is a North Carolina-based retailer, but many of the products we offer are sourced from artisans and manufacturers around the world. As a result, some orders may ship directly from international fulfillment locations. We understand that this may have been unexpected and will continue looking for ways to make shipping information as clear as possible. We would also like to clarify that Xindus is a logistics and fulfillment partner used for certain international shipments. Customers place their orders with Knobco, and Knobco remains responsible for customer service and support throughout the process. Regarding your communication concerns, we sincerely apologize if the information provided during your interactions was unclear or inconsistent. Providing accurate order updates is important to us, and we understand how frustrating conflicting information can be when waiting for an order. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our communication and customer experience. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.

We understand that changing delivery estimates can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding while your order was in transit. While some of our products are sourced internationally, we work hard to ensure customers receive unique, high-quality items that may not be readily available elsewhere. We are continually working with our shipping partners to improve delivery times and tracking accuracy. Thank you for choosing Knobco. We truly appreciate your business and hope you enjoy your new knobs for years to come!
