I have the small PLUS Duffle and love almost everything about it: the size is perfect, the number of different compartments is great and comes in handy, and the shoulder strap actually stays on my shoulder without sliding around. However, this bag is significantly heavier than any other bag I’ve owned. I also have the small Haven duffle and the KNKG bag seems twice as heavy to me. In terms of build, size, and compartments, the KNKG is my favorite of the two, but the noticeable extra weight leads me to using it far less.

The product was a gift so I can't speak to the quality but shipping took forever.

The customer service provided and the shipping were excellent. Honestly, I find the zippers cheaper looking and feeling than the price demands. Overall, I was disappointed in the quality of the handles, zipper, and zipper pulls. I’m sure they will break sooner than later. By contrast, the design is 5/5.

@stauffer20 25 minutes ago I bought this bag a few weeks ago and here are some observations. Decent bag. The belt storage helps but the inside is pretty small. I pack my work clothes in it after I change since I go to crossfit after work. The shoe compartment is tight and I only wear a size 9. Has come unzipped under pressure every day since owning it. Also the velco that holds the handles together also comes undone often. The lap compartment separator is not rigid at all and actually creates more aggravation than it helps. I keep my knee sleeves in it and it just flops open. Also for something this size give an option other than USPS for shipping.

I love the duffel but it took FOREVER to ship . I ordered the inserts and duffel . Got the inserts in 3 days and then get the duffel like 4 weeks later .

The bag is a bit undersized in both main and auxiliary compartments as I can only fit 1 pair of shoes, a pair of flip flops, and a small amount of clothing. The dividers don't really help all that much. Additionally for what it cost, the bag should be made in the USA, not China. Lastly, shipping was also quite slow. In the end, I really miss my 21 year old Nike gym bag.
