Impeccable response and communication…
Impeccable response and communication with this company. The owner, Theo emailed me on Thanksgiving Day to thank me for my business and to send holiday wishes to me and my family. I will be placing more orders with this company and referring my family and friends to them as well. You simply cannot go wrong with this company.

I am so thrilled with the knives and…
I am so thrilled with the knives and the knife board that I purchased from Knives Et Cetera. I got them for a gift for our renter who is a chef. She will absolutely flip when she sees these. My other friend who is also a chef said the quality is very goo9d that that she sill be ordering a set too. Now my husband wants to start our collection. LOL. Looks like we'll be customers for a long time! Thank you for such beautiful, high quality knives.

Do not hold an edge long
The knives we bought (an entire set plus boning knife) in October for my birthday. They do not stay sharp very long. They were very sharp on arrival, we only use them on a soft cutting board, and now they are quite dull. My husband is experienced with knives and sharpening and he is quite frustrated with them. He feels we made a mistake buying these and that the old knives we had were much better quality. I would not recommend these knives if you intend to use them. They are pretty but not as pretty as the pictures. The Damascus is not as well defined as in the pictures.

Hi Kimberly, Thank you for your feedback. I'm quite surprised with your comments as we have thousands of satisfied customers, amongst them professional chefs, using our knives and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The knives are also tested independently for quality. Possibly, your husband is used to softer steel which is easier to maintain, but everyone should use what they're most comfortable with. While the 30 day return period has elapsed, we're happy to make this right for you and your husband. I have issued a free return label for you. Please check your email for details. If there's anything else I can do for you, please email us at [email protected] Thank you, Knives Et Cetera
