I received the first order the second order was never delivered when I tried to get you to help find knives that were supposed to be delivered by DHL. I was told to contact DHL. After several hours on the phone about a week later FHL said they did not deliver package. I asked for tour help on multiple occasions and got not response I finally got a message that you were resending order. I need to ck my visa bill when it comes in to make sure you did not charge me. They were supposed to be Christmas present for my son. Since they did not arrive. I gave my son my husbands I purchased for his birthday dec 5th. I ended up buying knives from another source. Your customer service was terrible

Hi Joni, I think you might have us confused with someone else. You only placed one order with us for a Magnetic Knife Stand which was delivered with USPS. No other order, for knives or otherwise, can be found under your name, address, email or phone number. I have also checked customer service communication records and there are no records under your details or order number. Please double check your records and email us at [email protected] with relevant details if you used a different name, email, address or telephone number to checkout a second time. Thank you, Knives Et Cetera

I ordered the magnetic knife holder and…
I ordered the magnetic knife holder and was excited to put it to good use. After waiting for delivery I checked the tracking number and to my surprise it said it had been delivered though it had not. I contacted Knives Et Cetera and was pleasantly surprised to find that they responded to my email that very day and had reissued my order. The order went out in the mail the very next day and I received it about a week later. The day after USPS said it would be delivered but that's USPS's fault not Knives Et Cetera. When I opened the package not only was I happy with my purchase but there was a bonus in the box. They had send me a knife along with the knife holder. It is extremely lovely and very sharp. What a wonderful company!! I will definitely be purchasing through them again!
