Purchased 2 Blowguns.
Purchased 2 Blowguns.. one wasnt even the right size diameter and the dart wouldnt pass through it.. the darts would get stuck in the other when you tried to blow it through... emailed the issue... got zero respone.. don't waste your money here..

Beware- horrible return policy
Beware- horrible return policy! I ordered a shaving blade. It came as described. I used it one time was not satisfied and tried to return it. The first email said it was purchased 30 days ago which it was, but was only in my possession for 28 days, and that it’s a personal hygiene item and cannot be returned. Then the second email said it’s not about the time, it’s that it was used. The policy clearly states brand new condition, which it was. Don’t do business with them.

Dear Cannon, We are sorry that you were not happy with your purchase. If the it was "new" you would have been more than welcome to return it. You state in your review that you "I used it one time was not satisfied and tried to return it.". Our policies clearly state that we do not accept used merchandise. We have the "no used product policy to protect our customers." Your used razor has hair, skin cells and maybe trace amounts of blood on it.

No Product & No Response
Purchased a cooler 2 weeks ago, still hasn't shipped. I contacted them after a week of no updates and asked & was told "fishing gear takes 10 days to ship" Ok, fine. I waited the full 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. I finally reached out yesterday & asked for an update- no response. I reached out today & asked to cancel my order & still not a response. I found the same cooler on Amazon & Walmart but I purchased from here because I wanted to support a family owned business- but what a joke they are.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I purchased knife X. They sent me knife Y. I emailed explaining the mistake. They actually said the error was my fault! They said, "we expect the customer to call us before buying a pocket knife to make sure that we will send them the knife we picture on the website." WHAT? I would never buy from this company again. Thete are too many great knife retailers out there. BUYER BEWARE.

Bad Experience
Recently purchased an item. Two days passed and no update to my purchase. Called and they said yes we have your order, you’ll probably receive the item mid next week. Ordered the same item from a different retailer. I placed the order late friday night after 11pm. Was notified on Saturday my item shipped and received it on Monday. Promptly cancelled my item with this retailer. Would stay away from this company at all costs. Majority of reviews here explain it all.

Dear Robert Smith, Sorry that you are not happy with our services. Please note that we are very clear that orders take 1-3 business days to process on our website and during the checkout process. We are a small family business and run a little slower than a big box store like Amazon. We make up for the shipping time with us you can put a face with a name and have one on one conversations about products and recommendation. Trust me... if I had $150,000,000.00 I would run my business a lot different however I am just an American citizen running a small business to put food on my families table. You are always welcome to return merchandise for a refund within 30 days as long as it is still new. All the best to you.

Never again will I do business with this company!
Non existent customer service! Emails are not acknowledged. I was due a refund of $1.70 as part of the 10% off offer. You would think I was asking for a hundred dollars! Not a peep back! Have a blessed day back, you are an unethical scammer.

This company has the worst customer…
This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across. Over a 5 day period I contacted them three times for information and they never had the decency to respond once. I would never place an order with them again.

Very very poor customer service
Moderate to poor quality of goods received (after a long long wait), but in accordance to their price. My order came in a plastic bag- one of my leather sheaths was smashed. Not using bubble wrap or paper box is probably in line with their service. Very very poor customer service though-took days and formal request to get a reply to my emails concerning the huge delay in order arrival. And when got the reply (because of the formal request by PayPal), it was a prewritten typical email-just to get over with. I don't think they care much for their customers. Definately will not shop again.
