I ordered four of the Schrade Old Timer 1600T Mountain Lion fixed blade knives, as Christmas gifts. I only needed three, but added the fourth, to get a good deal on the engraving I wanted. I was disappointed when I got my emailed receipt, to see that somehow the engraving had been removed from my order, but I chose to let it go, since I wasn't charged for it, so I would receive the knives in time for Christmas. I was even more upset when my package arrived, and I only receive three of the four knives I had ordered, and paid for. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed Knife Depot, with no resolution or reimbursement for the fourth knife, I still have NOT received! Save yourself the headache and money, and do not order from Knife Depot, who does not value their customers, their time, or their money.

If there was a zero star option I’d chose it, listen to these reviews and DO NOT order. Try knife center instead. I’m not in any way shape or form sponsored by them but I’ve ordered for them and can vouch. Had to dispute the charge with my bank snd get a new card because of knife depot.

Order never received. I paid if full, almost $200, for a spyderco piece. No knife sent. No reply from customer service on website or email. "We don't run on Chatra"! Funny how the website displays popup notifications of purchases for knives you look at or, sadly, for knives you paid for. Scam site. Messages run by bots.

Do NOT order from here. There is no customer service. You have to leave a message that no one returns, same with emails. Ordered a custom engraved knife and paid $17 in overnight shipping and still have not received any communication.

Horrible customer service, only takes phone calls for 4 hours a day? Will start the long process of getting a refund. Ordered item a week ago, said “in stock” still hasn’t shipped.

Do not order from this company! I never received my engraved knife as a wedding present for my fiancé. The knife I chose was not available, but it said it was in stock on the website. They took forever to reach out to me, and then never responded to my calls or emails until the wedding was over, three weeks later. Poor customer service, products that are unavailable, and now I’m waiting for my refund. Let’s see if I get it...

I am oversea customer. Before I was place that order. I read this web from reseller rateing . They go worse since nov last year. But I think its bcouz corvid 19 . and it just some few case . Well i place my 500$ order and now its stil not shipout .I am no idea its scam company or not /_\ .. and they stop reply my email like a week now . its all silent with no reply . When i ask how long until it ship . My bf open tactical shop . It not just my knife in that order .that why its huge order . and I gonna place more order if it delivery . couz some knife is rare to find but only knife depot still stock it. and some of my customer and my friend maybe want it. Well I am no idea about it /_\ this order already been paid anyway . Well i just here for report about it. cheer
