Parts missing in order. Sent multiple emails with no response. Talked to someone via chat and was told they would ship out the missing part. That's the last I've heard from them.

Asking for review of my order, still have not recieved, so poor rating, lf you cant deliever product in timely manner, you deserve poor rating, Update, customer support good, they followed up on tracking order, product was delivered in 3 days time after contacted, will order from them again.

Hi, thank you for contacting us, I did find that the tracking number has not been updated after December 18, and I am contacting USPS to confirm whether it is lost. If it has not been updated on December 30, I will resend it

About a month since I ordered and still waiting, not a lot of communication. I’d love to use the product but can’t exactly give a good rating until I get it 🤷🏼♂️
